Excellent experience from the first call to the sauna installation today. Travis was very knowledgeable and provided guidance and options as I started to explore what kind of sauna I wanted. He was extremely responsive to my many questions and ultimately helped me select the perfect sauna for our limited space. The delivery and install process went awesome as well – Cody and Ethan arrived right on time, did a great job setting up our new sauna and walked us through how to operate it. It was obvious they had alot of knowledge about saunas and loved their jobs, taking pride to clean up after install and ensure they answered all our questions. When they were done, the sauna was ready to hop in and enjoy!
