Yes. It is ETL certified.  Do not use chlorinated or chemically treated water.

Depends on the model. The Laava 10.5kW works in saunas up to 600 cu. ft. The 14.4kW version goes up to 950 cu. ft.

Yes. It’s made for commercial use. Pair it with the external On/Off switch for simple use by guests.

It includes a 5-year warranty in residential saunas, 1-hear warranty in commercial saunas.  Tech support is based in Cokato, MN.
