Our client initially approached us with an idea for a “from the ground up” custom built sauna in an open space of their basement. The client needed a sauna built that would allow them to access their sump pump in the corner of the basement, but be framed around a drain pipe rather than tight to the wall. After visiting us in our showroom, even mapping out their sauna on the shop floor, we moved forward.
We utilized bench skirts built of Abachi on their custom built benches to hide any view of the sump pump, but designed them in such a way that they are easily removable for access to the sump pump for service.
