The ClubHeat Series delivers professional performance with 135 pounds of rock capacity, stainless steel construction, and WiFi control—engineered for health clubs, spas, and serious home saunas that see daily use.
The Finsauna ClubHeat Series is designed for saunas that work hard every day. With triple-wall stainless steel construction and 135 pounds of rock capacity, these heaters produce the steam and heat needed for commercial facilities or home saunas that get used daily.
The series includes six models ranging from 10kW to 15kW, in both single-phase (240V) and three-phase (208V) configurations, covering sauna rooms from 390 to 1,000 cubic feet.
What sets ClubHeat apart is the combination of commercial-grade durability, massive rock capacity for proper steam, and the SaunaLink WiFi control system that comes standard with every unit.
The ClubHeat is built for facilities and homes where the sauna runs every day—here’s what you’re getting:
High rock mass means better heat retention and the ability to create thick, satisfying steam even with frequent use throughout the day.
Commercial-duty elements with direct rock-to-element contact deliver faster heat-up times and are built to handle the thermal cycling of daily operation.
Remote start from your phone, programmable schedules, 24-hour operation capability, and facility integration options—all standard equipment, not an add-on.
Engineered specifically for health clubs, day spas, hotels, and busy home saunas—components are sized and selected for continuous operation, not occasional weekend use.
When elements eventually wear out after years of daily use, you can replace them individually instead of scrapping the entire heater.
Independent testing and certification to UL STD 875 and CAN/CSA-E60335-2-53:05, with built-in overheat protection and safety shut-offs.
The ClubHeat Series includes six models across two voltage configurations. All models share the same dimensions and 135-pound rock capacity, with power levels ranging from 10kW to 15kW to match different room sizes.

The ClubHeat Series delivers commercial-grade performance with the rock capacity and construction to handle daily use—submit the form below or call us at 612-505-9700 to discuss which model fits your facility or home sauna.
The ClubHeat requires a licensed electrician and follows the same installation principles as residential heaters but with higher amperage requirements and three-phase options for commercial facilities. The main differences are proper breaker sizing (41-62 amps for single-phase, 27-40 amps for three-phase), the need for copper wiring rated to 90°C within the sauna, and potentially a load center depending on your electrical panel setup. Physical installation is straightforward—the floor-standing design means you’re bolting it to the floor and running flex conduit to the junction box rather than mounting to walls.
Match the heater kilowatt rating to your room’s cubic footage: 10kW covers 390-600 cubic feet (roughly a 7′ × 8′ sauna with 7′ ceilings), 12.5kW handles 500-750 cubic feet, and 15kW covers 630-1,000 cubic feet. The important number is cubic feet, not square feet—a sauna with an 8-foot ceiling needs more power than one with a 6-foot ceiling. If your room is heavily insulated with good vapor barriers and minimal glass, you can stay at the lower end of the range. More glass, exterior walls, or marginal insulation means go up a size.
The ClubHeat works fine in home installations—you’re just getting commercial-grade durability and capacity. If your family uses the sauna daily, or you have a large room that needs 10kW or more, the ClubHeat makes sense. The price difference between ClubHeat and residential models is a few hundred dollars, which buys you triple the rock capacity, heavier-duty elements, and construction designed for daily operation. The main consideration is whether you need three-phase power (common in commercial buildings, rare in homes) or can use the single-phase models.
Expect 45-60 minutes to reach bathing temperature in a properly insulated sauna. The larger rock mass means it takes longer to heat initially compared to residential heaters, but that’s by design—you’re heating more rock to provide consistent performance throughout the day. Once the rocks are hot, they’ll maintain temperature better between sessions. Commercial facilities often run the heater continuously during operating hours rather than heating from cold multiple times per day.
The main maintenance is the rocks—rearrange them at least annually (quarterly for heavy commercial use) to maintain airflow, remove fragments that fall to the bottom, and replace crumbled stones. Beyond that, wipe down the exterior periodically to remove water stains, ensure ventilation openings stay clear, and use only clean household water on the stones. Pool or spa water will destroy the elements due to chlorine. With proper maintenance, these heaters run for years in daily commercial use. Plan on eventually replacing heating elements after several years of operation.
